By accessing or using any service, course, training program, or digital resource offered by Emancipation Edutech Private Limited ("Emancipation", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

These terms apply to all learners, visitors, and users of our website, physical centres, and associated platforms. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Enrolment in any course or training program is subject to availability and fulfilment of eligibility criteria specified for that program. Emancipation reserves the right to accept or decline any application without assigning reasons.

Information provided during registration must be accurate and complete. Providing false information may result in immediate cancellation of enrolment without any refund.

All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are payable in full before commencement of the enrolled program unless a specific instalment plan has been agreed upon in writing. Fees are non-transferable between programs.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our administrative office. Refunds, if applicable, are processed in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy. No refunds will be issued once 30% of the course has been completed.

All students are expected to maintain a respectful and professional environment within our premises and online platforms. Any form of misconduct including harassment, plagiarism, or disruptive behaviour may result in suspension or permanent termination of enrolment without refund.

Students must adhere to attendance requirements as specified for their enrolled program. Emancipation reserves the right to withhold certificates or assessments for students who fail to meet minimum attendance thresholds.

All content, course materials, study guides, videos, and digital resources provided by Emancipation are the exclusive intellectual property of Emancipation Edutech Private Limited and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Students are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these materials solely for personal educational purposes. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any material without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Emancipation Edutech Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, our services. Our maximum liability in any matter shall be limited to the fees paid by the student for the specific program in question.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, employment, or results from completion of any course or program. Career guidance and placement assistance, where provided, are offered on a best-effort basis.

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
